Products

Our entire product range can only be ordered online.

Please wash gently at 30 degrees, without fabric softener, do not bleach, and do not treat with solvents. Wash inside out and iron if necessary. Important: Do not tumble dry, do not iron hot, and do not iron the rubber logo. For products made of merino wool, silk, and/or cashmere, we always recommend cold hand washing!

We place a value on every AD.M Washing instructions are included with the product. Please read them carefully and follow the recommendations. This is the only way to keep your AD fresh.M The product stays beautiful for a long time.

The Polos by AD.M have the cut BODY FITThis means they have a slightly tailored cut. Normally, however, you can rely on the size you usually wear.

Don't worry, this happens occasionally and is completely normalThis is known as pilling. These are excess fibers that migrate to the surface of the garment.

delivery

Your order will be processed by Swiss Post and shipped via A-Post (Priority).

Packaging and postage costs of CHF 9.50 are waived for purchases of CHF 99 or more. If this minimum purchase amount is not reached, the customer is responsible for the postage costs.

Payment Methods

You can choose between payment by invoice, Twint, PayPal, and credit card. Accepted credit cards include MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Diners Club.

AD will cover the fees for your credit card payment.M. Payment by invoice will not incur any additional costs for you, provided you pay the required amount within 30 days.

returns

If you are not satisfied with the product or the size does not fit, please return the product unused in its original packaging along with the return form within 10 days to the following address:

AD.M Fashion AG, c/o ESPAS, Naglerwiesenstrasse 4, 8049 Zurich

The postage for the return will be paid by AD.M using the enclosed return label.

If the return is made correctly using the return form, the amount paid will be refunded to you using the same payment method used to make the payment.

Defective items whose defect was not caused by customer negligence can be returned within 10 days of the delivery note date in the original shipping packaging, along with the delivery note and enclosed return form, to the address indicated on the delivery note. Defects must be recorded on the return form and included with the defective item. The defect will be processed by AD.M The defect will be checked immediately. AD will report the defect.M If accepted, the customer will receive the same replacement item, if available. Otherwise, the amount will be credited to the customer. No cash refunds will be issued. A service provided by AD.M Items not recognized as defective will be returned to the customer, with the customer being charged for the incurred postage costs plus any other expenses.
